The companies Malthus AS and Uniteam AS were merging and needed assistance for renewed repositioning.

In the merger process, Rayon assisted with brand strategy, naming, visual identity, various communication tools and the establishment of a new web platform. The company Malthus Uniteam AS quickly became a leading supplier of modular buildings, containers, specially designed containers, rigs and barracks, as well as formwork systems and construction equipment in the Norwegian market. The company became an important player in the industry, and was after a short time acquired by the international company Algeco Holdings and merged with its other global operations.
